After breakfast, we will leave the hotel to catch a regular flight to the west of papua it is a smal town in Papua. The flight schedule changes frequently so it will be adjusted according to the schedule according to the day and date of departure. Upon arrival, transfer to the Hotel and personnel from our team will report the Travel Permit to the Police Office of City for Confirmation. And we need time to prepare all the equipment, food supplies and more for the next day’s trip. Lunch and dinner will be prepared at hotel. Accommodation at Simple Hotel in The town.

• After breakfast at the hotel. preparation for leaving to the next destination, we use cars to transfer to a little harbor.  Loading of all equipment and supplies to the boat and beginning of the all-day-long trip along the Mamberamo river. By using a motorboat, we usually call “Motorized canoe” through the pacific ocean, it will take around 5-6 hours to arrive at the destination.   You may be surprised to see the scenery along the Mamberamo River if this is your first trip to Papua. We’ll stop for a moment to stretch our legs over lunch. Lunch is provided in a box.  The village is located on the edge of the Mamberamo River, Papua. In the afternoon, before dark, we arrived at the village. Dinner is provided by the cook and stays in local people’s homes using mosquito nets. 

• Good morning, did you sleep well? now you know what it’s like to sleep in an uncomfortable place – unlike the hotels in your city. Breakfast is provided by the cook. still using the motorized canoe, after breakfast our journey continues for about 3-4 hours. There is a lot of wildlife to be seen on the way – sometimes the world’s biggest crocodiles lurking in the water, sometimes water turtles, sometimes just birds and parrots. During the trip and along the river, we should have met traditional people who still live in huts in the forest. Maybe meet or not because this tribe always moves every certain period to look for food that has been provided by nature. Mamberamo nature is very rich with various flora and fauna. By using a motorized canoe, we will continue to look for the existence of this isolated tribe along the Mamberamo river branch or other river branches. Today’s trip is very flexible because we may need more time to meet this hidden tribe. We will build a tent on the edge of the Mamberamo river for the night which is located not far from the existence of the tribe. Dinner will be provided by the cook.

• This tribe usually resides in the forest and builds huts or temporary residences in the forest. They do not like being seen by other tribes can interfere with their lives and take their food. It is different with the arrival of tourists to their homes where we are required to bring some of their needs, such as; Tobacco, Salt, Rice, hooks. For 4 days we will join the tribe while watching their daily activities such as: processing sago food, catching fish in the river, how to make animal traps, how they cook and build their homes. To see their activities in the middle of the forest, we may have to walk a few hours to reach the place where they carry out their activities. but we must stay in one place as a base to store goods, equipment and food during our stay in the forest. In the afternoon we return to base camp and spend the night in a tent. Lunch and dinner are provided by the cook.

After breakfast, it’s time to arrange items in preparation for returning to the previous village with a motorized canoe for 3-4 hours. Lunch and dinner are provided by cooks at local people’s homes. spend the night using mosquito nets.

Good morning. After breakfast, still using Motorized canoe , we continue our journey to the villlage which is located on a small island in the pacific ocean. The journey by motorized canoe takes around 6-7 hours depending on the weather today. Lunch is provided in a box. If the weather is favorable during our trip, then we can arrive at the island before dark. Stay overnight in a homestay owned by the local community. Sleep today is definitely better than the previous day and you will sleep better because it is accompanied by a mattress and pillow and is not disturbed by mosquitoes. Dinner is provided by the cook.

Breakfast at the homestay. today’s tour program is just an addition if you like and lucky. If the weather is very good and not full moon, there may be a chance for you to swim and play for a full day with the whale sharks on this island. Taking pictures with whale sharks is not as easy as you have seen on television. If yesterday there was no possibility of meeting with whale sharks, then today is the last day to see them. Please capture your photo if there is still a chance. In the afternoon after lunch before 13:00 noon all luggage and equipment have been prepared to depart and return to the original city. The trip is about 2-3 hours using a motorized canoe. Dinner at the hotel and spend the night in a better mattress, cleaner, more comfortable than the day before.

• Due to weather conditions, The best time to visit Mamberamo from April to September. The weather in this period is very good, however you must be prepared for all possibilities that can occur because the weather in detail cannot be predicted.
