About This Tour

The location of the place where this Giant Fish plays is very strategic, Just in the bay of Cenderawasih Papua. If you want to see and play with Whale Sharks, you should come to this place from May to October.  There are about 3 – 7 or more Whale Sharks that often play to this place. If you don’t know how to use Scuba Dive, we recommend just snorkeling.  We will also take you to the deeper part of the forest where the rare bird of Cenderawasih is playing. The Bird of Paradise we call a bird of Paradise that is very famous in the eyes of the world.

Important Information

• All time of the year is a good time to see whale sharks as long as it is not Full Moon, when it is Full Moon we can’t guarantee you will see whale sharks.
• The best time to see whale sharks would be when the Moon is Dark or New Moon or as long as it is not a Full Moon.
• The best time to see whale sharks is  from May to October
• For security reason based on information from ‘ WWF” that to see whale sharks by using a Scuba diving is not recommended.
• Usually when the Full Moon arrives, Whale Sharks do not like to be appear in this place.
• We recommend for not to visit this area on 31 January and 31 March.
• Snorkeler should follow guide’s instruction.
• The Travel Permits for entering the Conservation Area including Entrance fees must have paid and ready in 10 days before arrival.
