About This Tour
If you want to see and play with Whale Sharks, you should come to this place from May to October. There are about 3 – 7 or more Whale Sharks that often play to this place. If you don’t know how to use Scuba Dive, we recommend just snorkeling. If the time permit we will also take you to the deeper part of the forest to see the bird of Paradise

Important Information
- All time of the year is a good time to see whale sharks as long as it is not Full Moon, when it is Full Moon we can’t guarantee you will see whale sharks.
- The best time to see whale sharks would be when the Moon is Dark or New Moon or as long as it is not a Full Moon.
- The best time to see whale sharks is from May to October
- For security reason based on information from ‘ WWF” that to see whale sharks by using a Scuba diving is not recommended.
- Usually when the Full Moon arrives, Whale Sharks do not like to be appear in this place.
- We recommend for not to visit this area on 31 January and 31 March.
- Snorkeler should follow guide’s instruction.
- The Travel Permits for entering the Conservation Area including Entrance fees must have paid and ready in 10 days before arrival.

Itinerary
Day 01: Nabire Arrival – Kwatisore Vllage – Playing With Whale Sharks (-/L/D)
Arrive in the morning at Nabire Airport before 12:00, proceed by car to the small port of Nabire and then by motorized canoe in approx 2 – 3 hours to the Kwatisore Village. Lunch in box is provided. Arrived at the village for reporting the Permit (travel Permit) to Conservation Area to head of village. Preparation for buying small fishes from fisherman platforms or bagans, visit the area of whale shark. in case not possible to do this day, we will do for the next day. Overnight stay at home stay in the village. Dinner will be provided by local people.
Day 02: Playing With Whale Sharks & Bird Watching (B/L/-)
After Breakfast, if you are not satisfied playing with Whale Sharks a day before, then today you have the opportunity to do it for half a day. Continue to snorkeling down with some whale sharks, may be 2-7 whale sharks are exist or may be more, or depend on local situation & the weather. Lunch in box will be provided. After lunch, if time is still available we will take you into the forest on foot for 25 minutes to see the bird of paradise. Late Afternoon return to Nabire Town, Stay at Nusantara Hotel. Dinner will be on your account.
Day 03: Nabire – Next Destination (B/-/-)
Breakfast at Hotel, transfer to airport by car for your flight schedule to the next destinations Please check updated schedule at www.traveloka.com). End of service.
